Single Control Environment is a plan for the implementation of control procedures which is formed on a monthly basis. According to SCE employees monitor which procedures and in what time must be completed, confirm the implementation and attach supporting documents (control traces).

To accelerate the process and to increase its reliability it has been decided to develop a software robot based on Lexema-RPA platform. The robot development took only 2 months.
As the result the software robot reduces the process to 50% of its original time. Robot also make the process reliable, not allowing the errors to appear, which is significant, since, every single error could cost 1-3% of the entire shipment.

As of April 2021, many business users of the Renaissance Insurance are connected to the development of robots. The tasks to be solved are reports uploading, checking and converting documents into the desired format in working with intermediaries, downloading information from third-party sources, where there is no API.

To help accountants a software robot has been developed to optimize labor for the acceptance of counterparties' sales ledgers with the purchase ledger for contracts with a payment procedure. It significantly accelerated the procedure and saved labor costs.
